Is ray com broadcast blacked out here (Jackson)? Pay per view?

Chuck and Doug on 620 AM said it was blacked out on this morning's broadcast. My son swears it is on local cable. I don't know if I should be happy for my wife and father in law especially if state does not right the offensive woes or be pissed that they can't watch the game without paying for pay per view.

It's not blacked out. It isn't available at all. Raycom for the SEC and Raycom for the ACC are totally separate regional packages. Mississippi is not ACC territory, therefore, we have no affiliate. I think initially they were hoping that ESPN would allow a waiver for a local stations to pick up the feed, but obviously they aren't going to allow that to happen for free.
