But he is coming off some major knee surgery and yet is playing the very next season. I'd think we should give him some time. The knee hopefully will hold up and his mental confidence in it will hold. Lots of players have knee surgery and return in pretty good form one season later, but not typically Miss State players. I'm just glad R.E. is out there at all this year. We will need him to step up in a big way in 2010.

Note, I give McRae props for even dragging his stump out there. MFer has heart. Just ineffective.
