Is the baseball "MS" logo safe???

I don't like what I am heaing from some friends of mine on campus, but I don't know if they know what the hell they are talking about. I know Coach Polk said as long as he was there the logo would stay, that is one thing he fought LT on. Do you all recall if Coach Cohen has made a similar comment? There will be a riot if they ax our most historic athletic logo, and rightfully so.

I was at a function where Cohen speciafically said that he wanted to display the MS baseball logo because we are the only ones that have it and he wanted people to know that it meant Mississippi State when people saw it.

I honestly don't know why we don't use this logo rather than the M-State banner. The MS logo has a lot more success tied to it and it also actually looks like an athletic team logo. It also lends itself better to stuff like football helmets and such.
