Is the basketball game on Directv?

It is listed on FCS channel 617. I dont know what FCS stands for but there is no programming on it until our game. I canceled the sports pack a while back and the channel abreviations on the menu dulls those that are blacked out/not purchased. The FCS is lit up like the watchable channels.
I guess its just a wait and see as far whether it actually is blacked out or need the college basketball package. If thats the case I will just have to listen to Dr.Jack.

I looked it up today too before work and it looked as though it was viewable without the Sportspack but wasn't sure since no other programming was on until 5 today. I called DirecTV and they told me I would need the Sportspack to view. So I purchased it for $12.99. Wasn't available for PPV the rep said.
but down on the coast its on ch 308. Ive never even heard of the channel before and looked and we have it. So anybody thats on the coast should be able to pick it up. Yall might want to check your random sports channels, cause you probably have it.
looks like a high school gym. More people would be there if 2 elementary schools were playing. What a joke. The announcers just said we have missed 10 out of 12 shots. I won't be on this crap long.
Unless you have the Sports Pack, you're SOL. Basic, Choice, Choice Xtra . . . no dice.
Luckily, my cable interwebs through Charter gives me an expanded basic feed free . . . and thankfully, FCS Pacific--the lone FCS channel I get--is showing the game in vintage Jefferson Pilot/Lincoln-Financial/Raycom quality Panavision!
