Is the Bulldog Shuffle cheating?

All year. I ignore it now. In prior years, I was right 100% of the time. During the first two games, it was off. I'm convinced that it's off this year. I would bet on it.
I was saying the same thing to my friend. The past few games I've been to, it's always been #2. The first couple of times I thought maybe I missed it, but I really focused in on it this time and pretty confident I didn't miss. Everyone around our section was saying #1 too. Something about it is completely wrong.
Gotta be. I used to could get it right at least 5 out of 7 games. After I missed the first three this year I just gave up & figured my eyesight had gotten worse (which it has).
And for further proof - my wife got it last night. She never picks the right one.

I've gotten it right every game. Just watch for it. There's one point towards the end where it looks like the right one crosses sides behind another bulldog, but they actually stop and go back to the side they just came from. It's real close, but you can see it if you know where to look.
Is the bulldog shuffle still done with beagles?
Seems like cowbells would be a logical choice if they can't do bulldogs.
