Not sure if serious? But, if a player can steal their signs on the fly in a three game series, they suck big thick corn dogs at signs.

He's pointing out that Mangum was at least acting like he was stealing them. He was standing on second making gestures as if he knew. Just giving them something else to think and worry about. pretty damn funny either way
