Is there something going on with Clayborne?

I know he missed two games because of the death of a relative, but hasn't he actually missed three games now? And somebody said they thought Desper was ahead of him now at guard (no clue if they know what they are talking about).

I thought he was going to really push Beckwith for starting snaps. Has he not progressed? Or is he really shaken up by the loss of his relative?

Please delete if this there is something sensitive going on with him, I just was curious where he's been.

Are fine now. He basically has no family and the loss of grandma was difficult. Kudos to Kelly Williams who has fostered Jamal growing up and let him go to school where he wanted to go. Things are back on track and he will be ready.

Gotcha. Didn't realize that was his only family. Makes a lot more sense now. So prior to his loss, was he basically a co-starter with beckwith for playing time at Guard? Or was Beckwith ahead of him?
