Is it still happening? When that occurs - something is not loading. Back in the day - it was the code that controlled the colors/fonts etc called a cascading style sheet.

They’ve added new functionality to the site(the buttons just below the banner) and your browser isn’t loading it correctly. Try updating.

Try clearing your history by going to settings -> safari -> clear history and website data.

Or try viewing in private/porn mode and see if it occurs.

Reading On3 support - others are complaining as well. They recommended clearing your history but that didn't work for some it appears. It did work for others.
