Is Tom Crean going to be Indiana's coach next year?

Is Dwight Schrute gonna move permanently to the beet farm?

There is nothing better than watching that smug douchebag struggle. I wish he would somehow stick around, and they would continue to struggle. But it is clear Indiana basketball deserves better.

If I were a Hoosier fan, I'd have been calling for his head as soon as they lost to Nebraska.

Dude is the biggest tool bag in the Big Ten. Have mixed feelings about him getting canned though. With him on the bench, the Huskers always stand a chance.

I would think Miles would be at the top of the list to replace Crean, if Tommy gets the boot. Obviously, our little Timmy >> little Tommy.

Didn't really know how to vote as the subject asks if he will be the coach or not, indicating a no vote says he won't, but then the poll question itself talks about a beet farm and I guess a no means he will stay?

Anyway, I think he will get one more year. He did bring Indiana back to respectability again and one could easily point to their key injuries as part of the reason for the slide. After all, this is a team that beat Kansas and North Carolina during the non-conference when healthy. I think it would be a knee jerk response to boot him, though he is losing favor from the fans, quickly.

He has a crazy huge buyout until July 1st, I think...so the timing might not be right for them BUT they would have their pick of coaches as they would be the best job open.

His buyout is not crazy huge. It is four million until July the first then it drops to one million. The money is there right now to buy him out without a problem. It is all up to the AD but money in not a consideration.

I guess it just depends on what you think is crazy huge...4 million is crazy huge to me compared to 1 million. The issue is the timing, that late in summer is not ideal hiring time.

I strongly believe that Crean will be gone, possibly before the season is over. He has lost this team and its not injury related. Outside of losing OG for the season the other injuries have cost someone a couple games here and there. When it happens I highly doubt that tim miles will be near the top of the hoosier coaching search.

Last night when Indiana was on defense on his end, he was so far out on the court that if the guy on the left key would have thrown to the guy in the corner (who was open), Dwighr would have got hit with the pass. It was insane. The ref was a step to his right, and 2 back toward the sideline. Chicken bleep ref didn't say a word to him.
