That’s gonna be a tough injury to play with. And one that will probably affect him the rest of the season. Good news it’s not worse. But not great news.

I think the team doctors and trainers would not let him play if it wasn't safe. It will probably be sore.

A mild sprain is normally 2-4 week recovery. No ligament tears. A moderate sprain is 6-12 weeks. With some tearing/separation.

Man The team doctors I was around would no doubt let him play. That was a long time ago but a quick shot would "cure" most anything fo 3/4 hours. Could be different now though seeing how there isnt any money involed*
