What's great is seeing this mindset under Mullen teams. Potential here to knock off three top-10 teams in a row.
If we take the next two, there's no reason not to start talking playoff contention.

Three things: 1) I hate Auburn; 2) If we beat A&M and Auburn, we will be a Top 6 team regardless of the outcome of the Auburn-LSU game; and 2) I don't 17'n care where we are ranked. Polls are meaningless, except that the final regular season polls might play some small role in how pissed off we are when the final bowl selection comes out. The Committee won't give a **** where we are ranked in the other polls, and by the end of the season the games between the SEC-West teams will not have much effect on our strength of schedule, because we play all of them.

Reminds me of the last time the musl*m 17ers attacked. Our game with the mormons was postponed, and we lost the next week against Holtz when we couldn't stop the option. Season went downhill from there.

I'm torn on this. If auburn beats lsu and we lose to them our loss to lsu doesn't look as good. If lsu beat auburn and we beat auburn our win vs lsu will look better but our win vs auburn won't? If lsu beat auburn ad we lose to auburn then who the 17 knows what to think. It really doesn't matter as long as we keep winning. We gotta get past a good aTm team first to even think about this though.
