I wouldn't say Copeland is more athletic than Morrow - I would say he has much, much better ball skills than Morrow. Better shooter, better passer, better ball handler. Copeland is not a 2-guard by any means, but he handles the ball well for his size and doesn't turn it over much at all.
What I'm trying to wrap my head around is the people who are saying, if this guy improves, and that guys provides some good minutes and we can land this grad transfer, we might not miss Morrow, Jacobson and Horne all that much. And while I can sort of agree with that, there's just one problem - the team lost 13 of its last 16 freaking games and finished next-to-last in a 14-team conference! Sorry, but plugging the holes enough to match that performance doesn't really excite me too much.
