a winning season comes along and optimism is prevalent the following preseason. Then losing takes it all away in seemingly an instant and we return to the constant state of negativity. To a seasoned fan like myself, it is business as usual.
I have met a number of older people over the years that were State fans but didn't follow the team or go to games. I did not understand it. But now I do. It is just so damn frustrating.
