If you are any kind of leader, which Sidney clearly is not, you squash that crap the moment it starts. Diffuse it, ignore it, do anything besides get involved and making it worse. He needs to go, and I think the team will be better off without him. Let them concentrate on the rest of the season and not have to worry about the distraction that has been the RSS.
