The reason for that trend is analytics. Neal, who touts himself as Mr. Detail ignored analytics and passed on an opportunity to win the game. He also earlier in the game passed on a 4th and 4 on their 39, and Pitt went the whole field and kicked a FG. That was another opportunity to pick up points, he goes for both of those and likely hits both and highly likely hits one, just one would have been enough. His mentality is that of a loser.</p></blockquote><p></p>
