What is "artificial noise?" If they really want to ban cowbells, I say let's ban ALL "artificial noise." No more sound systems, no more bands, nothing. Only thing that gets to create "noise" in the stadiums is fans. Tear down the sound systems and sell the band seats to fans/give them to students. If and when they agree to that, then and <span style="text-decoration: underline;">only then</span> will I agree to give up my cowbell. Otherwise, piss off. Cowbells are never an issue when we're in our "proper place" as a doormat to the conference. There wasn't a peep when Croom was in charge, but now that we have Mullen and look to be competitive enough to maybe knock off one of the big boys, surprise surprise, cowbells are an issue aGAIN.
