Actually 2.

1) Is Jon Snow dead?
2) Wasn't there another Stark kid? I mean I'm pretty sure there were 6 wolves. Rob is dead, Ginger is on the run, the mouthy little one is a face changer, the crippled kid is under a tree, but I thought there was 5 kids and the bastard. OR, now that I think about it, was Theon the 6th person I was thinking of with the Wolf pup.

1) I hate to think he is dead.
2) There is the crip... he's north of the wall, he will be in it this season. Then there's the younger Rickon. Who's off with Osha.
