It's great to win the series but why do our coaches let up?

Our coaches lose all intensity if we win the first 2 games. Pilkington was doing fine on the mound but everybody else was snoozing, so we pull him? I had something to do so quit watching when I saw 32 trotting in from the bullpen. Now we're simply giving pitchers some throws and trying people at new positions while they keep pounding the ball.

I think it just boils down

our pitchers suck past about the 5th or 6th guy, right now.

The positive is, that the talent is there, so I think a lot of those guys will get better.

Agreed. I think it's a little crazy to think our coaches let up. I'm sure it pisses them off we can't sweep.

Pilkington was pitching fine. He had to dive for an infield pop up that Lowe or Stovall should have been after. Then we made several errors &/or bad plays which seems to to be normal for Sunday after we've won the series. He had only thrown 62-63 pitches but we pulled him. He wasn't the problem at that point.

Had very little to do with the coaching and everything to do with a cluster of an inning with multiple errors, when no more than 1 run should have been scored.
