Why would people in Starkville want to buy or subscribe to the Commercial Dispatch now that there's a freebie Dispatch for them to read? I see the Commercial Dispatch's subscription numbers going down.

Edit to add: The Commercial Dispatch is discontinuing home delivery in Starkville? I wonder what the people in Columbus think about this move.

What a horrible idea. Someone take note of their director of marketing and make sure he's never hired for any other job.

Hey Commercial Dispatch - there's this newfangled thing called the interwebs. Might want to check it out.

the Starkville Daily News out of business (which shouldn't be hard). At that point, they would have free reign over the Starkville market.

By the way, if anyone from the Dispatch is reading, could you please start a West Point Dispatch? It could be like a one-page mimeograph and beat what we currently have.

Is Starkville Daily News the only paper with home delivery? Does the Daily Journal offer home delivery for Starkville?
