Neb beating Clemson wasnt a great win. Neither was Missouri beat freaking Northwestern.

The strength of the conference is the South, and they got matched up with top teams. And they all have looked like dogshit. Okla St got beat down, as did TT (guns up my ***)....now Texas looks bad against Ohio St....

Yep, OU averaged 45pts a game with a Big 12 schedule. UF averaged 35pts a game with a SEC schedule. I look for UF to meet or exceed their average and OU fall below.

I know I am pointing out the obvious here but it will be a high scoring close game. UF will not beat them by 17 for sure.

It said it all to me when I looked at our stats compared to TTU's. They were 3rd in the Big 12 in pass defense, and we were 11th in the SEC in pass defense. However, our pass defense was still 30 ypg better than TTU's.

I do think that they have better offenses in the Big 12 than in most conferences, but this bowl season is showing that they rarely if ever had to face anything close to a real defense.

I actually picked OSU to win but I had no doubt it would be close. They've been tough all year except for the SC game, and let's get real. SC has more talent than anybody in America. They just don't always play well but when they do, forget about it.

they seem to have trouble stopping good teams in big games-Fla, LSU (OSU had the number 1 D coming), USC....all made them look slow and over-rated. Last night they played pretty well, but when it really mattered, a good offensive team went right down the field and scored.

but this year, they've got a lot of experienced returning players. If they were a little better on the DL and didn't have to blitz so much, they would've won the game last night. Their back 7 is really good. A WR on a safety (the game-winning play last night) is almost always a good matchup for the offense.
