It's obvious that Leach cannot keep his head....

...and make rational decisions during the game. Three decisions cost us the game, any one of which made differently wins it: (1) not taking the points with a lead in the second half on the road, (2) not challenging a punt return call with multiple bases to challenge, and (3) kicking a second onside kick after the yards were assessed from the first, setting up a FG without a 1st.

I don't think blowing a play dead is reviewable.

Although having two #4s on the field would be reviewable, but I guess no one noticed.

Does he have a way to challenge it ? Does he have a red flag to throw ?? Is it reviewable at the coaches request ?

Shouldn’t have to be. That ref should have the balls to speak up and let his crew know he motioned the play dead.

Yes. He has one challenge a game. Must call a time out and make the challenge. If he wins it, he gets his time out back.

It’s not blowing the pay dead that’s reviewable. It’s was the player down that’s reviewable.

To me his knee was on the ground while possessing the ball. On any spot review that’s what they look for. Was his knee down.

I guess we need to practice picking up the ball.

Somebody help me out with something. I admit I don’t understand what happened here. But did they call a penalty during the review of the first onside kick? Nothing was called on the field as far as I know. What the 17 was that about? Is that what happened? I’m so damn confused.

They’re not reviewing blowing a play dead, they’d be reviewing if the ball was downed or not and it clearly was

Yes, they called us for making a block before the ball went 10 yards which they didnt call on the field.

I think someone had it right when they said this has now turned into professional wrestling. Sport is theater. Listening to the new details of NIL on sportstalk was depressing. Watching Leach was depressing. Losing to Memphis is like losing to USM.

I think I'm going to check out on MSU football. I hope basketball is better.
