this is good news for us. Any expansion, even a more favorable expansion with only aTm and one other team, would have made things that much harder for MSU.

Whatever the posturing between Ole Miss and MSU, neither one of us are favored sons in the SEC. We both have a tough road ahead of us and adding UT, A&M, OU, etc, or any combination thereof... that would've caused huge headaches for our schools.

In a less self-interested note, it looks like the integrity of college football might yet survive...

Someone needs to write a book about the **** that went down behind closed doors in the past few weeks...
