I've seen ppl project possible reorganizations for conferences before

To be honest, the only legit conference realignment talk should be:
1. adding Notre Dame to the Big 10/11 to give them 12 teams.
2. adding two teams (Utah/BYU) to the Pac 10 to give them 12 teams.
The Big East should be kicked out of the BCS and their spot should go automatically to the highest rated team from the Big East/Mountain West/MAC. The WAC, Conference USA and Sun Belt still have to qualify the old way - by getting into the top six.
