J. College Transfers

I know Nebraska had some good ones in the past, rozier, etc.
I also read that some folks on here feel we could have used another wr, or qb, or rush end from this recruiting class.

maybe we could fill some of them spots with a Jr. college transfer...or a transfer from another school
my question is what time of year do you get a jr. college transfer? is there just one time of year? or could it be anytime of year?


I know transfers from other schools have to sit out a year, unless they are in the same conferance.
any big 10 players we could get? and is it legal to contact other big 10 players? like if they are buried on a ohio state depth chart?

I guess the new thing is to get Graduate Transfers. Usually, they are ready to play ASAP.

Grad Transfers have to contact the school's theyre considering, and it usually starts academically. There are admission and transfer requirements mandated by the NCAA. School A can't call a player at School B while he's still on scholarship at school B.... Unless you're Kentucky in December 2014 paying for Courtney Love to come visit on a weekend, and then he shows back up at practice in Lincoln on Monday... But I must digress.

Im not sure why this staff never had many JUCO intentions.
