I lived there during his ATL career, which I assume is now over, and I watched every game. The remarkable thing is that people started tagging him as "injury-prone" long before he ever actually missed any games.
I guess it was primarily because he had skinny legs. It's not like he missed much time at State.
But last year was really the first season he missed significant time at six games. It's like he finally lived up to the negative hype.
The real kick in the nutz is *how* he tore it:
</p>
Norwood suffered a torn ACL in his right knee on the opening kickoff of the 41-7 pasting of the Cardinals. He tripped on Shann Schillinger’s foot and his right knee slammed into the Georgia Dome turf.

Link.
Hopefully somebody will pick him up next season and use him as a slot receiver. Maybe the YEWstun Texans, now that I'm a bandwagon fan.
Hate it for him.
