Just responding to your post. If he is supposedly a baseball draft prospect for 2025, wouldn't that happen this summer? And if he is drafted (and signed), wouldn't that remove him as a QB backup for the fall?

The second part is how is he considered as a top draft prospect for this year since he has not even played in a couple years? Seems early to see him as such a prospect. Maybe for 2026 but for 2025?

See how he is in May. There will probably be a bit of rust in February. Tools are there though. Either way, I can't see him being a major part of the football team in 2025, and I also think that's likely the correct decision. Really hoping for the best!!!

Cats take 2/3 from LBSU. Did not have that on my bingo card. I think they’ve found a coach. Very impressive performance.

If so then sounds like he might not be there to backup QB in the fall. Following year(2026) I can see but this year without playing in a couple years?
He is not a QB in NU future. Period. Nor should he be. Good luck in baseball.

Guys we’ve had talent for years but lacked a coach. Ben has upgraded the talent and appears to be a really good coach. We might actually see success finally after a century of mediocrity.
