Nothing wrong with working at 68. I'm 71 and still working, not because I have to but because I want to. I think he's a young looking 68 and for the most part very well - spoken. I wish him well.
No disrespect, but what percentage of your job calls for you to relate well with 16 to 22 year olds?
A 68 year old can have a relationship with young men.

That press conference made me feel like no one in thie room had a clue. His speech had no specific plan included. Just some empty platitudes about students and tradition. They'll just play football, I guess.
The SWAC is so irrelevant now that I don't think any good up and coming coach would take a head coaching job there. You're pretty much stuck there even if you do have any success. Jay Hopson seems to have turned Alcorn around, but it took him close to 20 years to get that gig and will he turn it into something better?
I guess Jackson State didn't have a lot of options. I don't see this ending well. I'll smile for Comegy when Valley beats them.

Trust me, your co-workers wish you'd retire. Especially if you use the term, "well spoken" often.
