Looking to play a round on Monday morning and really don't want to spend more than $60 for 18 and a cart. Researching public courses, I noticed that Bent Creek and Windsor Parke both have good reviews and are inexpensive. Anyone played either of these or have any suggestions?

TPC Sawgrass is pretty close. I'd strongly suggest it. Played it two summers ago. Loved it.

The Dye Course at the same complex is phenomenal as well.

Never played any of the courses in the city though.

There is Sawgrass, of course, but it's pretty expensive. I think year before last the Athletic Department somehow got special rates in the $250 range. It's normally over $300.

You might want to run south on I-95 to the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augstine. There are at least two courses there that are really nice and reasonably priced. I don't recall how much exactly, but it was in your range. There's also another course that is an LPGA (played so many not sure if it's at the Golf HoF or not) that's really nice.

Bent Creek is basic golf, very strange routing you get what you pay for...

World Golf Village is good, will be in very good shape and is good solid golf. There are some other good tracks in the St. Augustine area to check out. TPC is OVER PRICED. Yes the stadium course is a great track but Damn.
