Committed to USM a few weeks ago, but is now taking a visit to us this weekend. USM fans are going to hate us even more...

If we are going to invite this WR from NWR, Sam Williams, to walk on, surely we have asked Hamp Glover to walk on. I don't know why I thought of Hamp, but I guess bc they are both white WRs.

He's one of the saaviest players I've ever seen. He was a jack of all trades at Meridian. Don't know how that would translate at the college level. If he went Division 1-AA or II, he'd probably be a two-way player, or play several positions for his career. However, I don't know what he'd play if he went Div. 1-A....most likely, a special teams demon.

Extremely weak OL recruiting this year - Phillips decides to visit Auburn instead of us. Miller comits to West Virginia. </p>

one of the shittiest classes of OL in college football history. And Mullen & Co have done very little that I can tell to correct it. Apparently this staff thinks what is already on campus can be salvaged or they are just saying F it.

on that assessment. I have no idea if Phillips is going to be any good or not. But, according to his Rivals profile he has offers from the likes of TN, Ark, Aub, FSU, OM, MSU, Ok St., Penn St., GT, and Louisville. Pretty good laundry list of schools for a guy that is totally raw.

as well? I know they are teammates and just curious if Mullen is trying to pull a last minute coup.

As for the linemen, how did we let Steen get out of our state. I thought he had interest in us at one time.

during summer and fall workouts, so maybe he'll be usable at G. Hopefully the JUCO Freeman will be worth a **** at tackle so Quin'ehn Saulsberry doesn't have to see the field. Ever. Again.

good enough for us to play as a true freshman and quite a bit I might add. His biggest issues seem to be lack of dedication and the inability to control his weight. The guy has plenty enough talent.

Croom proved to us that he has no clue how to evaluate o-line talent, so I don't know how much stock I would put in that.

Bell would be a good add for us, I would feel a little worse for southern though, Number 2 guy on their scout board

told by Saban to start looking elsewhere. Apparently, Bama has a ton of receivers lining up and it's going to come down to the 5 stars versus the 3 stars as to who will get the Scholly. Anyone else hearing this?
