I like DA better at PG but we really have no backup at all. JJ just isn't it and I love Colin but he was a nightmare as a PG.
It’s beyond me how anyone with eyes doesn’t see Moreno is just a better player than Garrison already
I’m directing that at pope more than you cause I do think he will continue to start garrison and play him more minutes. If he’s bad against MSU and we lose I could see Moreno start stealing minutes afterwards
Right now , Garrison is still quite a bit better than Moreno. Moreno is a better paint scorer and rebounder though. I think Moreno will be a beast later in his career. That said, Garrison and Chandler need to be locked in a room together until they figure out how to have better chemistry together.

i have no inside scoop but something is off with CC/BG. I counted over five times they got confused on assignments. When they were inaction with anyone else, both of them were mostly on point. It’s weird. Could be a clash of personalities, or just lack of reps
I get that, but there are positive aspects that you and a few others absolutely ignore. The change in Chandler is great and I feel we will not feel the loss of Brea As much this year as I thought we were going to be. DA is a study. Williamms shpwed a spark of what he could be. Moreno is much firther along than we thought. We will get Collins and still in the hunt for Stokes and Holt
It’s early so let’s not panic. However, I am legitimately concerned this team will be no better than last year. That was good enough for last year but that’s not good enough for UK basketball.
Hoping to see Jelavic get more more playing time. Moreno earned a shot at more minutes the way he looked in the UL game.

Why? Can’t switch on screens with MM. Guys were blowing by him like he was standing still. Great rebounder, brute in the paint but he’s raw and still developing.
We have more injuries after the first week than 80% of teams will have all season long. It's really unbelievable.
