Stansbury was recruiting last weekend. I remember when all the "Stans to Clemson" stuff came out someone saying he was recruiting a kid in TN.

Thats gotta be him.

Stans was out recruiting, possibly this kid Steele, when Jarvis was presented with the Bailey Howell award in Jackson.

spring signing period now parallels the "girls get prettier at closing time" saying. (Kentucky recruiting excepted)

<span class="post-title">That is one rating. ESPN had him at 87 in their Top 100.

That is hardly impressive. It isnt terrible, but nothing at all to advertise.

He is a 2*/low 3* guard. Wow, lets get rid of one of the other undersized/underweight midrated guards we have and get this one.

there are over 300 div I basketball team going for the top 100 players and you can land number 87, that's is pretty good. I think you will need more then one to move up to the next level. Hell I think if Stans can get who he has on the team on the court we will be pretty good. Damn both the NCAA and injuries.

they rank players from 40-100 on the predicted impact they will have. He isn't in the top 100.

Auburn University has released shooting guard Jalen Steele from his letter of intent, Fulton head coach Jody Wright confirmed to the Knoxville News.

After meeting with new head coach Tony Barbee, Steele decided he didn't mesh with Barbee's direction of the program, according to the paper.

UCLA, Cincinnati, Georgia, Miami, Alabama and Florida have all made calls to Wright since news broke of Steele's decision.

When you consider that isnt how their number rankings work, it turns out your point is flawed in the worst of ways.

We dont have any scholarships available. If he signs, that means we will release someone else. For that to be justified, this guy better be the most underrecruited and unhearlded 2* player of all time. Perhaps not Wesley Johnson, but seriously good and immediately. Otherwise, really whats the point? If he just sits, there wasnt a rush. And if there wasnt a rush, you can pick up 1 of 180 players like him next season and not force someone on the team with equal abilities/ceiling to leave.
