Sorry, not normally picky but how can he have signed a LOI now? Signing period is not until Feb for high schooler. Is he a JC? Even then looks like it not until the 14th before JC signing period.

Can't remember the details but seem to remember there is some different kind of paperwork recruits can sign when they early enroll.

It may be called "Financial Papers" (not 100% sure about that though). I know that several players did this last year.
