i really do hate it for the guy... i want him to succeed, which i think he will, and hopefully make it back to the states for basketball one day.

like a guy who never thought he'd wind up playing in Italy. I did like his response to the question about his defense. He basically said he can do it all defensively. I really hope he does well there and has a very successful pro career.

Europe is now paying some people better than the NBA does and if you work outside the country you don't pay taxes in the USA. Mario Austin was making 1 mill in Russia, unless your a lottery pick you aren't making that kind of money your first year in the NBA.

The U.S. income tax exclusion for money you earn overseas caps out at about $80,000. So yeah, Jamont would be paying U.S. income taxes on what he earns in Italy.

It doesn't cost them anything to pay him in dollars. If he is making one million in euros, well.....

saw a lady yesterday that flew in from england to have her leg fixed.....she said it's been broken for over 6 months......she said she wasn't waiting any longer on here goverment to decide wether or not, or when she could get her leg fixed, so she came here and paid cash.....
