Hope you're right.I think he is vastly overrated. He plays at a private Christian school in Nashville and hasn't played against any legitimate D1 type players. If he played at a large public high school, I think he would be a three star.
I don't know anything about him but my guess is that he has performed well against DI players at camps.I think he is vastly overrated. I'm sure he has but camps aren't close to live action with pressure on the qb. These private Christian school qbs never face a db who is a legit D1 prospect and the speed of the game is glacial compared to college.I don't know anything about him but my guess is that he has performed well against DI players at camps.
So did Blake Mitchell and that dude that came here to play both baseball and football. Gotta get em in on the clock to assess.I don't know anything about him but my guess is that he has performed well against DI players at camps.
Reminds me of that dude (Vandergriff?) that committed to Georgia a few years back and transferred to Kentucky last year. That guy was supposed to be a 5 Star too and I said what are some of these evaluators looking at? Has measurables, but when you see him in live action he seems like JAG.I don't know anything about him but my guess is that he has performed well against DI players at camps.
I call it PCS5SS (Private Christian School 5 Star Syndrome). Those kids are probably legit 3 star players in a large public high school facing near peer talent on opposing defenses. If you watch their tape against the other private schools, a lot of the players (on both teams) look like they are on some Make a Wish program.Reminds me of that dude (Vandergriff?) that committed to Georgia a few years back and transferred to Kentucky last year. That's funny. It's also usually true. I'd say 8 or 9 times out of 10.I call it PCS5SS (Private Christian School 5 Star Syndrome). UGA has had a history of recruiting failures in the last five years. Their record reflects poor evaluation. So did Blake Mitchell and that dude that came here to play both baseball and football. Gotta get em in on the clock to assess.

UGA has a piss poor record of evaluating talent under Smart. If UGA is interested, we should run for the hills.I'm sure he has but camps aren't close to live action with pressure on the qb. Their qb evaluations have definitely left a lot to be desired. They seem to do very well at every other position judging from the number of players from UGA taken in the draft.UGA has a piss poor record of evaluating talent under Smart. If UGA is interested, we should run for the hills.
Dude, let the Shadeur Sanders issue go. Sanders didn't go in the 1st Round. Whoopty Doo. At least let the guy fail before you celebrate. I may be wrong. The people that might be drafting may be wrong too. Also, you were basing your assessment off of so called baggage, not Sanders play. So, that has nothing to do with what we are talking about.Mel Kiper Jr
My post wasn't even remotely related to Sanders. Honestly, I didn't even know it was you in which I was replying That said, the experts can't get the QB projections right.Dude, let the Shadeur Sanders issue go. Sanders didn't go in the 1st Round. We didn't want him anyway. #dididothatrightI think he is vastly overrated. He plays at a private Christian school in Nashville and hasn't played against any legitimate D1 type players. If he played at a large public high school, I think he would be a three star.
