Interesting question..He redshirted at Auburn in '00 and played from '01 to '04. That was not a good time to be the State QB. His physical gifts are so obvious he would still be in the NFL, but he would not have been drafted in the first round after leading his team to a 13-0 season and looking great while doing it.

Was it close with him between Auburn and State?
