Gotta think it's UK. Hart is too connected for an announcement this early to be anyone else. At least from what you hear.
Hopefully we can still convince Tay to come too.
This would be a major recruiting win for Pope. Getting a highly ranked guard from the other side of the country

You're welcome. Yeah I'd be highly surprised if it wasn't UK. Like Bucs said, Hart has been recruiting this kid his whole life. The timing says a lot to me. He's a good player with a few fixable flaws. But I love how he can take a game over. Those guys are rare.
I have always thought that lefties have a purer shot, just seems like it. They are usually very good percentage wise
Crowe and Stokes would make for a monster class. 3 high school kids is about all you need with the way Pope attacks the portal.

Yep, it's coming. Don't know what's hard to understand. Pope has money to recruit with and the Kentucky brand, he doesn't need to prove anything. Money and brand recruit for him. Then his system is highly desirable. He's already proven recruiting won't be a problem. It's why the hire was so misunderstood when it all went down, people weren't thinking about the new way with NIL. If this was 2007 the hire would probably not have beem wise but with the new era of NIL and after Calipari's antics it might have been perfect. All of this hand wringing about where the recruits are coming from or that he hasn't had a big fish from another state without a connection is bullsh*t. The guys who only ever experienced Cal really show too.
You were 100% right about Calipari. You took a lot of flack for speaking out but some of us knew what you were saying was correct and time proved you were ahead of the game.

Sounds like a typical last minute to drum up interest in the announcement.
In a interview he did not long ago Crowe didn't even mention Missouri during it, if he doesn't come here all of the people saying they didn't want him will be killing Pope for missing on him.
We either get him or not. If we do great, if not, whos next? Does not matter, the wheels on the Kentucky Bus will keep on spinning round and round. Hope he is in Lexington KY next year.
I’d love for Crowe to be in Lexington. I think he’s a special talent, but with the transfer portal and Taye Kinney still available Pope will find the right guy if it’s not Crowe. I really like Jordan Smith. Don’t know if Kentucky has a shot or not. Reminds me of Eric Bledsoe
