Dodgers bats have just died and the pitching in the last two games hasn’t been good enough to overcome that. I feel like they’re cooked.

Alas, it’s just a bad year to be a team I root for.

The first 3 pitches of the game were very interesting. I've never seen nor heard of that happening at all in major league baseball, let alone the World Series.

Yesavage with one hell of a Rookie outing.
He's having to check and and out of hotel rooms, both on the road and on home. I don't think that'll last too long though. The guy's got a great future in front of him. I'm sort of a Toronto fan anyway - some years ago at work, the mother of one of the Jays starting pitchers was a secretary in my division. He's fairly well known - Jimmy Key. Heckuva lefty.
