The senior guard posted 17 points and grabbed five rebounds in an 88-63 victory at Virginia Tech. He then followed with a career-high 25 points to go with seven rebounds in a double-overtime win at K-State. Paige shot 50 percent (14-of-28) from the field for the week while totaling 12 rebounds (eight offensive), two assists and one steal. The junior transfer from Marquette has increased his scoring total in every game since becoming eligible. He shot 72.2 percent (13-of-18) from the field last week, including 83.3 percent (5-of-6) from 3-point range. Against the Sooners, his 19 points came in 20 minutes of action. Burton also tallied 11 rebounds, three assists and three steals for the week. He is averaging 13.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and shooting 67.7 percent from the field on the season.</p></blockquote><p></p>
