Hi, I am new to the boards. From south suburbs and have followed HS football in that area for the past few decades. I think JCA hiring jaws was a great move. Talking to some people who know him, it sounds like they are very excited. Any word on a DC to replace Jaws, or will he still call the defense as HC? I also heard rumors of Provi making some coaching moves after their disappointing season. I've heard from some people that they have a new OC. From what I've learned, it was a promotion within the staff from a lower level guy. I know Papa Seff's son was the OC the last few years. I find it hard to believe that two years after a state title they would get rid of Seff and promote someone else, but perhaps there were other reasons if this is true. I have not seen any press releases or announcements regarding coaching moves over there, but adults I have spoken with have said its a done deal. Anyone with inside info at Provi know whats going on over there? It will also be interesting to see who ends up at Minooka. Seems like a lot of coaching shake ups could happen in this area. Can't wait for next season!
