I was watching a couple of the scoreboard shows during the middle of night here, and I noticed on the scroller on Friday Football Extra that Jefferson Forest/Rustburg was listed as Canceled.

Anyone know what happened? Please don’t tell me it’s another one of those threats of violence BS that we’ve seen in recent years.

Or was the game just Postponed?

Thank you. I was scrolling ScoreStream and noticed way too many forfeits in Virginia last night. Even a few are too many.

This has to stop and something needs to change.

But what I don't understand is how they forfeited against JF due to injuries but said that they would play Glass the following week. How do they know they will have enough healthy players against Glass, just one week later?

I heard they no longer have a JV team now. They used some of them to play Varsity to have enough players and some were inured. The Glass game is homecoming.
