in a place with ****** management, bad furniture, and also pay too much for it then yes, 21 is the place to be. At first the place was pretty popular, but they've gone down hill since then. Most people who I know that live there only decided to because they couldn't find anywhere else. And btw, I lived there one summer, so I also know from experience.

Anytime somebody throws up another "cookie cutter" apartment, the place is bound to go down hill fast. There is always a better complex being built right down the road. Better ones go up.... people move out.... costs go down.... questionable residents move in. That's the way it goes.

As for Jemmye, she is an embarrassment to the entire Mississippi State family.
