Good luck to him. I hear from an SIU alum still living in the area that a resource distribution struggle is currently play between SIU-C and SIU-E. As the enrollments of the respective schools are trending toward each other, the existing fund split of 64/36 toward 50/50 is being supposedly pursued in E-ville.

Separating the campuses would just create a lot more over paid administrator positions which is exactly what we don't need right now.
