the broncos have better uniforms they could have gone back to. and the patriots should wear red pants. buttttttt, at least it looks like a football game and not a reebok advertisement. the early 2000's set us on a course of just hideous uniform design, i wish this designs would at the very least influence future designs. oh, and isn't the stuff around the field awesome and classic looking?

the Broncos went with their all-orange throwbacks over these abominations. The original team got them used from a local high school. The players wives had to stitch them back together before games. And the socks were so hideous, they were BURNED AFTER THE SEASON. Fortunately, I can pretend like it's some other team out there losing to thee Pats today.

Maybe the only reason I'm familiar with the uniforms and the story (already posted here) is because I'm a Broncos fan. They are pretty damn ugly, but they figured that out 50 years ago.

Nonetheless, they are 5-0 with two wins people can't claim came against weak opponents. Of course, people point to a "fluke" win against Cincy. Sure it was a lucky play, but Cincy only led for 40 seconds the entire game. Hard to give them too much credit for one good series the entire game when Denver was leading practically the entire way. Either way, a win is a win.

Back to the uniforms, I would love to see us play in the orange and blue "D" uniforms once or twice every year or at least the orange alternate jerseys of the current uniform. It is a good thing that this will be the only year the original uniforms will be worn.
