...I've lived in a western state, & believe me, they are not going to cotton to marijuana that doesn't do what marijuana is supposed to do.
Now the Southern states? This is a Southern governor's dream come true:
Pot void of the sinful hippie high, yet still serves medicial purposes.
The only question is do they still consider pot that doesn't get you high a "gateway drug." I'm going to hazard a guess & say yes.
