I hate that Jim McKay & Tim Russert died. I liked both of them.

Charlie Jones passed away this afternoon. He was 78.....announced Super Bowl I. And a lot of NFL and golf for NBC in the 70's and 80's....he was very good.

Bruce you are right. You run into somebody on campus at a game and it always comes up. Every time I see Strat there has always been someone who passed. Mike Patrick just recently. One of the SEC's finest punters and he's gone at age 54. That hurts.

Who do I run into at a friend's funeral last week? Richard Keys. I lived next door to him in McArthur back in the 70s and hadn't seen him in 8 to 10 years.

I used to make quiet fun of my father about the very same thing.
