Jodie Meeks 2nd Team All American in the AP and Marcus Thornton doesnt even make it.
Jodie averaged 2 points per game more, but Marcus averaged 2 rebounds more, .3 assists more, a positive assist to turnover ratio as opposed to a negative one for Jodie, a better shooting percentage, and an NCAA Tournament birth, as opposed to Kentucky's NIT birth. I think Marcus should have at least made 3rd team All American, but the fact that Jodie Meeks made 2nd team lets me know there is a high profile team bias. He should not have been 2nd team to begin with, but to not have Marcus Thornton in there at all really surprises me.
