Does Pope recruit him back out the portal? Kid is athletic as hell and can shoot…enough. A player, similar to Burkes, that was just lost in the mix under Cal. I would really like to see what he could do under Pope.

We should target a few of the kids that have been recruited over and transferred and offer them a legit chance to show what they can do.
I sincerely hope he sits down with coach. Joey could be a great piece if he’s willing to work.
One of the writers who covers UK tweeted last week that Hart wanted to come back. Haven't read anything since then but assume he and Pope have talked or will talk.
Would love to see Hart come back. Has already impressed the pro scouts his first year. Seems to be a little bigger Chandler. Both are athletic, can shoot, drive and jump. Hopefully Pope doesn't let him get away.

Hart has never worked as hard as he will under Pope. He doesnt know how good he can be in a system that hits on all cylinders and wants shooters with confidence. Hart came with a reputation as a shooter. Now prove it.

Hopefully, he wants to play for the name on the front of his jersey. If not, Pope will not be interested.
They should put Kentucky on the back of the uniforms so players can play for the names on the front and back
If Burks and Hart are both out that definitely would open the door for Trent Noah if UK was something he wanted to persue.

Anybody seen Hart play? Just reading he seems to be a similar type player to Chandler. Both are shooters, drivers and athletic players. Why would he not play in this offense?
This. I’m not sure why he thinks he won’t to get to play. Maybe he’s got Cal syndrome where only burger boys get to play. Or he could want a guarantee.
I don’t necessarily see him starting but I definitely see him getting meaningful minutes.
It's so strange that Hart is apparently so good, yet none of us have seen him play for Kentucky.
It's almost like he's a walk-on. Is he really this good? As in as good as the 33rd rated Chandler, but Cal never once used him beyond walk-on scrap minutes.
Looked pretty good in his high school tapes. Reminded me of Jeff Sheppard.
Hart is the kind of guy you need to develop into a starter or 6th man type as an upperclassmen.

Same here, I would love to have Burks return. He brings, tons of energy and I think he woukd fit Pope's system really well.
