John Marshall is back in the state tournament for a 5th straight year. It beat TJ on Wednesday night, getting nearly a triple-double from Roosevelt Wheeler, 19 points from Jason Nelson and 17 from Dennis Parker.

Disregard the score.
TJ pushed them hard and was very physical with them.
They could not out run them and had to play the starters much longer than they wanted.
In other words just what JM needed.
I went to the TJ site and told them so.
If they were playing anybody else in the region; they would probably still be playing.
I especially appreciate their defense.
They had a collapsed zone on Rosy while doubling the point to slow the ball down from entering the front court.
It forced the wings to shoot the ball and unfortunately for TJ; they did and did it well enough to force The Vikings out of the zone.
