John Marshall of Richmond lost their appeal to be placed in Class 3 as opposed to Class 2 in the 4-year alignment that begins next year. So it looks as though they and Thomas Jefferson be the only two Richmond Region schools in Class 2 beginning next year.

for the most part but I consider Amelia and King William to be in this area; however since they are not changing districts, the impact will only be felt in the post season
