Well that and he was fresh. Those Louisville defenders had been chasing Boom and getting knocked by Benny. Was glad to see JoJo pull nine yards out of his backside on a 2nd and long.
When Jo Jo Kemp was signed in 2013, it was considered a recruiting coup. Even though Jo Jo was not widely recruited by SEC schools, he had a quality P5 offer sheet. Jo Jo fell out of favor with Neal Brown, and has been hampered by injuries at times. He has also been overshadowed by Boom and Snell. But Jo Jo has had a quality career at Kentucky, on and off the field. He will be missed.
That was a 1st and 10 around our own 10. but nevertheless, to your point, it was huge.
Favorite player! If JoJo can't make it on the next level I sure hope MS find a way to keep him around the program as a GA or something... Really think coaching is in his future!

Wanting to come out of the game(he had ran about ten times in a row)and the coaching staff told him to run again.
Not for sure it was reward time. Boom was hurt, Benny had just got ball stripped from him. Jojo is very sure handed and our best pass blocking back.
I love Benny. But in a two minute stretch with game in the line I want jojo there.
